ph576 Terms & Conditions

1 Definitions

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below:

• "Platform" refers to the ph576 online gaming website, accessible at ph576.net, including all games, services, features, and tools made available therein.
• "ph576" / "we" / "us" / "Company" refers to GoTech Entertainment, the operator of the ph576 Platform, duly authorized by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR).
• "Player" / "you" / "User" refers to any individual who registers, accesses, or uses the ph576 Platform.
• "Account" refers to the registered player profile created by you on the ph576 Platform, which holds your personal details, wallet balance, gaming history, and account settings.
• "Wallet" / "Account Balance" refers to the Philippine Peso (PHP) balance held within your ph576 Account, comprising deposits, winnings, and any applicable bonus funds.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to any promotional credits, free bets, welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, or other incentive amounts credited to your Account by ph576 under specified promotional terms.
• "Real Funds" refers to actual Philippine Peso amounts deposited by the Player from their own financial resources, excluding all Bonus Funds.
• "KYC" refers to Know Your Customer identity verification procedures required under Philippine anti-money laundering regulations and PAGCOR licensing conditions.
• "AML" refers to Anti-Money Laundering obligations applicable to ph576 as a licensed gaming operator under Philippine law.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" refers to any country or territory from which access to and use of the ph576 Platform is restricted or prohibited under applicable law or ph576's internal compliance policies.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the ph576 Platform in any capacity, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions, together with the ph576 Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific rules published on the Platform, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your Account by contacting ph576 customer support.

ph576 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. Where changes are material, ph576 will endeavor to notify registered Players via email or in-platform notification prior to the changes taking effect.

3 Eligibility & Registration

3.1 Age Requirement

The ph576 Platform is strictly available to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. This minimum age requirement is mandated under Philippine gaming law and PAGCOR regulations. By registering on the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

ph576 will verify the age and identity of all registered Players as part of its KYC procedures. Any Account found to belong to a person under the age of 21 will be immediately suspended, all funds held will be returned to the payment source used for deposit, and any winnings generated will be voided.

3.2 Geographic Eligibility

The ph576 Platform is intended exclusively for players physically located within the Philippines. Access to or use of the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction — including but not limited to jurisdictions where online gambling is unlawful — is strictly forbidden. ph576 uses geo-verification tools to monitor compliance with this requirement.

3.3 Registration Requirements

To register a ph576 Account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine residential address, valid government-issued identification number, and a working email address and mobile number. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes.

ph576 reserves the right to request supporting documentation at any time to verify the accuracy of registration information, including but not limited to a government-issued photo ID (UMID, passport, driver's license, or PhilSys national ID), proof of address, and source of funds documentation.

3.4 One Account Per Player

Each Player may hold only one registered Account on the ph576 Platform. Registering multiple Accounts — whether in the same name or under different names — is strictly prohibited. Duplicate Accounts will be suspended, and any balances therein, including winnings, may be forfeited at ph576's discretion.

4 Account Management

4.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ph576 login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your Account credentials with any third party, and you agree to notify ph576 immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your Account.

ph576 will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials. Any activity conducted through your Account prior to you notifying ph576 of unauthorized access shall be deemed to have been authorized by you.

4.2 Account Verification (KYC)

ph576 is required to conduct identity and age verification in compliance with PAGCOR regulations and the Anti-Money Laundering Act of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 9160, as amended). Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe may result in restrictions being placed on your Account, including the suspension of withdrawal functionality.

4.3 Account Closure

You may request the closure of your ph576 Account at any time by contacting the ph576 support team. Prior to closure, all pending wagering requirements must be resolved, and any outstanding withdrawals will be processed in accordance with the standard withdrawal timeline. ph576 may retain certain Account data following closure for regulatory compliance purposes as required by Philippine law.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Supported Payment Methods

ph576 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Philippine payment methods: GCash, Maya, QR Ph, GrabPay, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, 7-Eleven, InstaPay, PesoNet, Coins.ph, and USDT TRC20. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP) unless explicitly stated otherwise.

5.2 Deposit Conditions

All deposits must originate from a payment account or instrument registered in your own name. ph576 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Minimum deposit amounts are published on the ph576 deposit page and are subject to change. Deposits are generally credited to your Account within minutes of confirmation, subject to the processing times of the respective payment provider.

5.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals are subject to successful KYC verification. ph576 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal, including proof of identity, proof of payment method ownership, and source of funds declarations. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within one (1) to three (3) business days, subject to verification status and the applicable payment method's processing times.

ph576 may withhold or delay any withdrawal if there is a reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or violation of these Terms. In such cases, ph576 will notify the Player and may report the matter to the relevant Philippine authorities including PAGCOR and the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC).

5.4 Currency & Fees

All Account balances are maintained in Philippine Peso. ph576 does not charge transaction fees for deposits or withdrawals made via local Philippine payment methods. However, your payment provider may impose their own transaction charges, for which ph576 assumes no responsibility.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

ph576 offers various promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements published alongside each promotion. General conditions applicable to all ph576 bonuses include the following:

• Bonuses may only be claimed by eligible Players who have completed the required registration and verification steps.
• Each bonus promotion may only be claimed once per Player, per household, per IP address, and per device, unless otherwise stated.
• Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements which must be met in full before any associated winnings can be withdrawn as Real Funds.
• ph576 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time, with reasonable notice provided to affected Players where practicable.
• Bonuses obtained through fraudulent means, multiple accounts, or exploitation of system errors will be voided, and any winnings derived from such bonuses will be forfeited.
• Where a conflict exists between a specific promotion's terms and these General Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail to the extent of the inconsistency.

7 Game Rules & Conduct

Each game category available on the ph576 Platform — including bingo, slots, live casino, and sports betting — is governed by its own specific game rules, which are accessible within the respective game interface or section. These game-specific rules form part of this Agreement and must be read in conjunction with these Terms.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during gameplay, ph576 will endeavor to resolve the matter fairly based on available game logs and server-side records. ph576's decision in such matters, made in good faith and in accordance with its operational procedures, shall be final and binding.

ph576 reserves the right to void any bet or wager that was placed during a period of system error, data feed failure, or manifestly incorrect odds — whether in the sports betting section or any other game category. In such cases, the relevant stake amount will be returned to the Player's Account.

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ph576 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to the appropriate Philippine authorities:

• Fraudulent activity, including but not limited to the use of stolen payment credentials, identity theft, or misrepresentation of personal details during registration or KYC.
• Collusion between two or more Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including bingo, poker variants, or live dealer games.
• Use of automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets or interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human use.
• Arbitrage betting or exploitation of bonus offers in a manner designed to guarantee a profit regardless of outcome, commonly referred to as bonus abuse or matched betting against platform interests.
• Money laundering or use of the ph576 Platform to process, conceal, or transfer funds derived from illegal activity, in violation of Republic Act No. 9160 (Anti-Money Laundering Act) as amended.
• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction or using a VPN, proxy, or other circumvention technology to obscure your true geographic location.
• Account sharing, meaning allowing another person to access or use your ph576 Account, or accessing another person's Account without their lawful authorization.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the ph576 Platform, including but not limited to game software, graphical interfaces, logos, trademarks, text, images, audio, and video materials, is the intellectual property of GoTech Entertainment or its licensed content providers, and is protected under applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any Platform content without the prior written consent of ph576.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ph576 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or loss of gaming opportunities resulting from Platform downtime, technical errors, or third-party service failures.

ph576's total aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall not exceed the total amount of Real Funds deposited by that Player into their Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

ph576 makes no warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other malicious components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, and ph576 disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

11 Privacy & Data Protection

ph576 collects, processes, stores, and uses your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference. By registering on the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

ph576 processes personal data in compliance with the Philippines' Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and the regulations issued by the National Privacy Commission. Your personal data will not be sold to third parties. It may be shared with PAGCOR, the AMLC, or other Philippine government authorities where required by law, or with carefully vetted third-party service providers under data processing agreements where necessary for Platform operations.

12 Responsible Gaming

ph576 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices and maintaining a safe gaming environment for all Players. In accordance with PAGCOR requirements and our own responsible gaming standards, ph576 provides the following player protection tools:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from within their Account settings.
• Session Time Limits: Players may configure alerts and automatic session termination based on time spent on the Platform.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Players may request a temporary suspension of their Account for a defined period to pause their gambling activity.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may request permanent or long-term self-exclusion from the Platform. Self-excluded Players will be blocked from registering new Accounts.
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen reminders showing total time spent and net gaming activity during the current session.

13 Suspension & Termination

ph576 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any Player Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or KYC.
• Conduct that ph576 determines to be detrimental to the integrity of the Platform or other Players.
• Receipt of a direction from PAGCOR or any other Philippine regulatory or law enforcement authority.

Upon termination, ph576 will return any verified Real Funds balance to the Player's registered payment method, less any amounts subject to fraud investigation or regulatory hold. Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from Bonus Funds in violation of these Terms will be forfeited.

14 Amendments to Terms

ph576 may update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. The revised Terms will be published on the ph576 Platform with an updated Effective Date. Where amendments are material in nature — meaning they significantly affect Players' rights or obligations — ph576 will endeavor to provide advance notice via registered email address or in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of the ph576 Platform after any amended Terms have come into effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request Account closure prior to the effective date of the changes.

15 Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles. The ph576 Platform is operated under authorization granted by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR).

Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms, your Account, or your use of the ph576 Platform that cannot be resolved through ph576's internal dispute resolution process shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of Makati City, Metro Manila, Philippines, or to binding arbitration under the rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc. (PDRCI), at ph576's election.

Players are encouraged to first raise any dispute through ph576's customer support channels before initiating any formal legal proceedings. ph576 will endeavor to resolve all legitimate Player complaints within thirty (30) business days of receipt.
